9月降息呼聲再起，美國股債市場齊揚

美國勞動市場4月出現降溫跡象，就業成長放緩，且失業率上升。 最新數據顯示，新增就業17.5萬人，少於市場預期的24.3萬。 

與3月往上修正的數值31.5萬相比，趨勢明顯放緩，並落後於過去12個月 24.2萬的月平均增幅。 另外，美國失業率從3月的 3.8% 升至4 月的 3.9%，出乎市場預期，此前預測失業率將維持在 3.8% 不變。

在黯淡就業報告之後，美元指數大幅下修，跌 0.7% 至週五低點 104.6，為三週多以來的最低水準。 同時，美國10年期公債殖利率回落到4.47%。 

投資人現在期待聯準會在9月而不是11月首次減息，振奮股市氣氛。 標準普爾 500 指數上漲 1.26%，那斯達克指數升 1.99%，道瓊工業指數錄得450點 （+1.18%）。 蘋果 (AAPL.US) 公佈優於預期營收獲利，並進行 1,100 億美元股票回購，帶動股價飆升近 6%。 同樣地，安進藥品 Amgen (AMGN.US) 也受亮麗財報拉抬，大漲11.8%，接近歷史新高。 相較之下，Cloudflare (NET.US) 下修前瞻指引，股價暴跌16.4%。 一週以來，道指收漲 0.9%，標普 500 上漲 0.3%，而納指上漲 1.2%。
